Description	Timm Certified Dairy Sterilizing Room. Interior View. Glass milk bottles being shown going into the sterilizing autoclave. Circa 1915. Large metal milk containers on shelf. All equipment went through sterilization after each use. The Timm Dairy was the largest Certified Dairy in the nation at the time.
