Description	Dixon Carnegie Library exterior view. Closeup of steps and window on the south side of the building. Glass ball light structures on the bottom of the bannisters. Date unknown. Bannisters show many cracks in stucco. Steps discolored. Glass ball light structures later appeared in yard of Rice home east of the library.
