Health insurance is not to exceed $2,748 annually for each department head and city manager.
Sick leave is 12 days per year.
Personal leave for city manager and department heads is 104 hours per year with no more than 50 percent that can
be converted to cash per year.
The city does not provide longevity pay and personnel have not received cost of living adjustments for 1995-96 nor
1996-97.
In 1992-93 Dixon city management employees received a 2.5 percent COLA when non-management employees
received a 5 percent adjustment. However, City Manager Harris voluntarily had declined his 2.5 percent hike until
July 1996.
A $3,792 increase is reflected in the finance director position. Beginning in fiscal year 1991-92, the position was to
have been recipient of an equity adjustment over three years as approved by the City Council.
However, most of the adjustment was not implemented until July 1996.
