BOARD MEETINGS: AGENDAS, MEETING MATERIALS, AND APPROVED MINUTES

The meetings of the Governing Board of Library Trustees are open public meetings, and members of the public are encouraged to attend. All meetings are conducted in full compliance with the requirements of, and the intent of, the Brown Act.

The agenda and all accompanying materials (as noted on the agenda) are published and distributed 72 hours prior to the start of a meeting (except for special and/or emergency meetings, which have different requirements). A copy of the agenda is posted on the information board in the Library, and a binder with the agenda and all accompanying materials is available for in-Library use at the Circulation Desk.
